featured workshop: Step Into Your Brilliance

This hands-on group coaching experience will help you set a goal, believe in your potential, walk “the road less traveled” and see crisis as an opportunity. The workshop is flexible and can be presented online or in-person. The duration can be a one-day experience, weekly for 4 sessions or bi-weekly.

Each 1-hour session gives participants an opportunity to answer questions for themselves around the main topic (e.g., goal-setting), and engage with fellow attendees through live polls and breakout sessions. Attendees can use the accompanying worksheet for each session that contains key points and coaching questions.

Session 1: “Stand Up (Set Your Goal)”
A. Decide what you want/need to accomplish or achieve
B. Visualize your goal
C. Make a list of tools/resources needed
D. Evaluate your belief/conviction/confidence

Session 2: “Step Out (Believe In Your Potential)”
A. Connect this goal to your skills and talents
B. Be authentically, undeniably YOU
C. Rely on your Spiritual Source*
D. Build your support team

Session 3: “Start Walking (The Road Less Traveled)”
A. Your journey is unique to you
B. Expect obstacles
C. Rely on your support team
D. Evaluate, celebrate and self-care

Session 4: “Seize the Storm (Crisis is an Opportunity)”
A. Retreat, regroup, re-evaluate
B. Rely on your Spiritual Source*
