Hi! I’m Kimberly Gallagher, ACC.
I’m an ICF-Certified Transformational Coach and Facilitator and I’m here to empower you to gain clarity, unleash creativity, break through challenges and develop action steps toward living an intentional and spiritually connected life.
I’m known for an engaging, motivating style that fosters psychological safety, promotes personal accountability, and celebrates progress. I believe when you feel safe, seen, and supported, you can uncover deep insight, name what matters, reframe obstacles in your path, and move forward with confidence.
My passions and skills align at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, creative communication, and spiritual formation. After 25 years in marketing communications and graphic design, and personal experiences with therapy, coaching and spiritual direction, I saw a convergence of coaching, creative, and ministry. In fact, I first wrote the step forward process in 2012, long before I knew my future self would become a Coach!
Through Kimberly Gallagher / COACHING & CREAtIVE and step forward today, I design and facilitate workshops, coach U.S. and international clients, and create educational, creative, and ministry experiences that help people gain insight, take courageous action, move forward with confidence and connect with God.
I completed my initial coach training with Northeast Ohio’s Fluxify and became credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cleveland State University and completed coursework at Ashland Theological Seminary. Passionate about creative arts and worship, I also lead worship at Medina United Church of Christ, Congregational where I am also a Member In Discernment. I also create fine art, speak, and write songs.
At the heart of my work is the belief that the Trinity is active, alive, and working in us and through us every second, and that God has given each person undeniable, brilliant potential to unleash creativity, live with purpose, and take the next brave step forward.
